    These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tutorble website and services operated by Tutorble Pte. Ltd. ("Tutorble", "we", "us" or "our").
    By accessing or using Tutorble, submitting a tutor request, creating a tutor profile, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
    If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Tutorble.

    1. About Tutorble
    Tutorble is a platform that helps parents and students find and connect with tutors.
    Tutorble may:
    provide tutor profiles; receive and process tutor requests; identify potentially suitable tutors; facilitate introductions between parents and tutors; provide communication and follow-up services; and collect and display feedback about tutors.
    Tutorble does not itself provide tuition lessons and is not a tuition centre or school.

    2. Using Tutorble
    You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using Tutorble.
    You must not use Tutorble:
    for fraudulent or misleading purposes; to submit fake or deliberately misleading tutor requests; to create false tutor profiles;to impersonate another person; to submit fraudulent reviews or feedback; to harass, threaten or abuse another user; to misuse another person's personal information; to interfere with the operation or security of the website; or for any unlawful purpose.

    3. Parent Tutor Requests
    Parents and guardians may submit requests describing their tuition requirements. Submitting a request does not guarantee that: Tutorble will identify a suitable tutor; a particular tutor will be available; a tutor will accept the request; a trial lesson will take place; or the parent will continue with the tutor. Tutorble may contact you to clarify information provided in your request or to assist with the matching process. Parents are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate.

    4. Tutor Matching and Introductions
    Tutorble may use information provided by a parent to identify tutors who may be suitable for the request. Where appropriate, Tutorble may send relevant request information to a tutor for the tutor to consider. If a tutor accepts the request, Tutorble may provide the tutor with the parent's relevant contact information so that the tutor can contact the parent directly. Tutorble does not guarantee that a tutor will accept a request or contact a parent within a particular period unless expressly stated.

    5. Trial Lessons
    Parents and tutors may arrange a trial lesson following an introduction. The parent and tutor are responsible for agreeing on:the date and time; lesson duration; location; tuition fees; cancellation arrangements; and any other terms relating to the trial lesson. Tutorble does not guarantee that a trial lesson will result in an ongoing tutoring arrangement.

    6. Relationship Between Parents and Tutors
    Once Tutorble introduces a parent and tutor, the parent and tutor are responsible for the tutoring relationship, subject to the arrangements and support provided by Tutorble during the first four (4) weeks.
    During the first four (4) weeks:The lesson schedule and tuition arrangements will be based on what was agreed between the parent, tutor and Tutorble.Tuition fees for the first two (2) weeks are paid to Tutorble in accordance with the applicable payment arrangements. From the third week onwards, tuition fees are paid directly to the tutor, unless otherwise agreed.Any cancellation or rescheduling of lessons must be communicated in advance in accordance with the cancellation arrangements agreed at the start of the tutoring arrangement.Tutorble may assist with communication, scheduling, payment coordination and resolving initial issues between the parent and tutor.After the first four (4) weeks, the parent and tutor are responsible for managing their tutoring arrangements directly with each other, including lesson schedules, tuition fees, payment arrangements, lesson locations, cancellations, communication and ongoing tutoring arrangements.Tutorble is not the employer of the tutor and is not a party to the tuition agreement between the parent and tutor.

    7. Tuition Fees and Payments
    Tuition fees are agreed between the parent and tutor at the time of the tutoring arrangement is established. For the first two (2) weeks of lessons, the applicable fees will be paid to Tutorble as Tutorble's platform fee for facilitating the introduction and providing support during the initial tutoring period. From the third week onwards, tuition fees will be paid directly by the parent to the tutor, unless otherwise agreed with Tutorble. Where a first lesson or trial lesson takes place and the parent decides not to continue with the tutor, 50% of the agreed fee for that first lesson will be payable to Tutorble and the remaining 50% will be payable to the tutor.Parents and tutors are responsible for ensuring that payments are made in accordance with these arrangements. Tutorble is not responsible for payment disputes relating to amounts that are payable directly between the parent and tutor.

    8. Tutor Profiles
    By signing up as a tutor on Tutorble, the tutor acknowledges and agrees that their tutor profile may be displayed publicly on the Tutorble website and may be viewed by prospective parents and other website visitors. Tutorble operates as an open tutor marketplace. Tutors are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Tutorble is accurate, complete and not misleading. Tutorble may review, edit, decline to publish or remove information or profiles that we reasonably believe are inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate or inconsistent with these Terms.Tutorble may also request additional information from tutors where reasonably necessary to review or verify a profile.By creating a tutor profile, tutors consent to Tutorble displaying the information included in their public profile for the purpose of allowing parents to discover, evaluate and contact them through the Tutorble platform.

    9. Tutor Verification
    Tutorble may conduct checks or verification procedures relating to tutor profiles. Where Tutorble identifies information as "verified", "checked" or similar, this refers only to the specific verification or review actually carried out. Verification does not guarantee: the tutor's teaching ability; the tutor's character; the tutor's future conduct; the tutor's suitability for a particular student; academic improvement; or examination results.Parents should make their own assessment when selecting a tutor.

    10. Tutor Responsibilities
    Tutors using Tutorble agree to: provide accurate profile information; accurately represent their qualifications and experience; communicate professionally with parents; respond appropriately to accepted requests; honour arrangements agreed with parents; respect the privacy of parents and students; and use parent contact information only for legitimate purposes relating to the tutoring relationship. Tutors must not use information obtained through Tutorble for unrelated marketing, spam or unauthorised solicitation.

    11. Parent Responsibilities
    Parents and guardians agree to: provide accurate information about their tuition requirements; communicate respectfully with tutors; respond appropriately to accepted tutor requests; honour arrangements agreed with tutors; pay agreed service and tuition fees; and use tutor information only for legitimate purposes. Parents should not submit requests where they have no genuine intention of arranging tuition.

    12. Reviews and Feedback
    Tutorble may invite parents and tutors to provide reviews or feedback. You agree that feedback you submit should be truthful and based on your genuine experience. Tutorble may moderate, edit for formatting, decline to publish or remove feedback that we reasonably believe is: fraudulent; misleading; abusive; defamatory; irrelevant; inappropriate; or in breach of these Terms.Tutorble does not guarantee that every review or piece of feedback represents the views or experience of Tutorble.

    13. Academic Outcomes
    Tutorble does not guarantee any particular academic or educational outcome. Information relating to tutor experience, parent feedback, testimonials or student outcomes is provided for informational purposes only. Past results do not guarantee future results.

    14. Personal Data
    Tutorble collects and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where a parent submits a tutor request and a tutor accepts the request, Tutorble may share relevant parent contact information with that tutor for the purpose of facilitating the introduction. Users must handle personal information received through Tutorble responsibly and must not misuse or disclose such information without appropriate authority.

    15. Intellectual Property
    The Tutorble name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software and other original content on the website are owned by or licensed to Tutorble. You may use the website for its intended purpose.You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Tutorble's content without our permission, except where permitted by law.

    16. Website Availability
    We aim to keep Tutorble available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the website or services will always be: available; uninterrupted; error-free; or free from technical problems. Tutorble may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or services where reasonably necessary.

    17. Third-Party Services
    Tutorble may use third-party services and may provide links to third-party websites. Tutorble is not responsible for the availability, security, content or practices of third-party services that are outside our control.

    18. Suspension or Termination
    Tutorble may suspend or terminate a user's access to the website or remove a tutor profile if we reasonably believe that: these Terms have been breached; inaccurate or fraudulent information has been provided; the platform has been misused; the user's conduct creates a risk to other users or Tutorble; or we are required to do so by law. Where appropriate, Tutorble may investigate suspected misuse before taking action.

    19. Limitation of Responsibility
    Tutorble facilitates introductions between parents and tutors. We do not provide the tuition services ourselves. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tutorble is not responsible for: the conduct of parents or tutors; the quality of tuition provided by a tutor; the accuracy of information supplied by users; whether a tutor or parent follows through on an introduction; missed or cancelled lessons; disputes between parents and tutors; tuition fees agreed between parents and tutors; academic results; or the suitability of a particular tutor for a particular student. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

    20. Changes to These Terms
    Tutorble may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page together with the date it was last updated. Your continued use of Tutorble after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

    21. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by law.
